TabLock — legal
Terms of use
TabLock ("the Software") is provided by [STYLNODE, address, country] ("we"). By installing or using it you agree to these terms.
- Licence. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Software. A Pro licence covers your own browsers and devices; a Business licence covers the number of seats purchased, for one year. You may not resell, share or publish licence keys.
- Privacy tool, not a vault. TabLock is designed to keep casual onlookers out of locked tabs. It does not protect against someone with full access to your browser profile or operating system. You are responsible for choosing a strong password and for keeping your recovery key safe. We cannot recover a lost password or recovery key.
- Warranty and liability. The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost data, lost access to locked pages, or indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
- Updates and subscriptions. Yearly licences end on the date shown in the Software; existing locks keep working afterwards. We may change prices for future purchases.
- Governing law. [Your country/state] law applies. Contact: [support email].
Refund policy
If TabLock isn't right for you, email [support email] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Refunded licences are deactivated in a later update.
Privacy
The TabLock extension collects no personal data and sends nothing to our servers; licences are verified on your device. Lock records, settings and logs stay in your browser's local storage (and in your browser's sync storage only if you switch on sync).
When you buy, our payment provider Razorpay processes your payment and gives us your name, email and country for invoicing and to send your licence key. We keep that for accounting and support and do not sell it. To ask for deletion, email [support email].
